PureFlo is a division of Orecrusher SA specialising in oil refiners of various sizes and automatic lubrication systems. Used oil disposal is one of the most costly and environmentally damaging problems facing any industry that runs critical machinery. PureFlo is environmentally focused, reducing harmful oil disposal and providing benchmark environmental oil management. By re-establishing the integrity of dirty, contaminated lubricants to within ISO specification, PureFlo refiners reduce the frequency of disposal and cut oil replacement costs.
Oil Refining
AW-5 Refining System
The AW-5 is an independent oil refining system connected directly to your oil tank, running its own pump and motor. Using five 2-micron filter cartridges, it removes all solids and semi-solids above 2 microns at a rate of 6 litres per minute, handling viscosities from 45 to 150 cSt. In a proven field test on a large underground machine, the AW-5 returned a 400 litre tank of 68 cSt hydraulic oil to within ISO cleanliness specifications in just 3 hours.
PureFlo Diesel Refining Systems

AWD-10 Diesel Refining System
The AWD-10 is a compact and easy-to-use system highly effective on small to medium sized equipment and vehicles. Suitable for: general consumer diesel vehicles, farming vehicles, earthmoving equipment, and generator sets.
PureFlo Diesel Refiners are available in a larger format. The AWD-20 is suitable for larger vehicles and equipment with an engine capacity of up to 10 litres.
