How It Works
Rock-on-rock crushing, explained.
The Orecrusher VSI uses a centrally fed rotor that accelerates material at high velocity into the crushing chamber. Inside, the chamber fills with rock rebounding in every direction, forcing the material to break itself apart. Crushed product escapes through the discharge chute below, while a constant flow of new material from the rotor feeds back into the violent, suspended mass. The result is a consistent, well graded and cubically shaped product.
